I have the Thermaltake BlacX
I know it might sound a bit simple, but let's start at the beginning.
Make sure that the power is properly plugged in, and that it's securely plugged into the USB port.
Put in the hard drive you will be using.
Now turn on your device by clicking on the power button.
Listen out for a "ding" or a chime in your OS.
If you DO hear one, the hard drives may need to be properly formatted or not properly assigned.
If you hear a chime, go to your desktop and right-click on "Computer" and click "Manage"
Go to "Disk Management" and at the top, there are a few options, and check for your hard drives, and right-click on the proper one and click on "Change Drive Letter and Paths" assign it a letter, and check "Computer" to see if came up.
