The recent installation is causing this due to corrupt file.
Please install CCleaner, this a secure shareware that cleans up your computer's registry. Once installed, launch the application. On the left side, click Registy > Scan For Issues. Once issues are populated, click Fix Issue > Save Registry > Fix All Issues. Once done Restart your computer then launch CCleaner again. On the left menu, click Tools. Then choose the Ghostsurf installer to uninstall.
