You sure you enter the right information? Try to connect with another device like a laptop? (be sure you remove your wifi connection data, so you need to re-enter your WPA(2) key)If this works on another device, than try to connect with the tablet. Maybe you can choose which security protocol the tablet should use, either WPA or WPA2 for example.

Larger companies have Security Certificates to basically prove that they are trustworthy. The Certificates expires and have to be renewed. Some decide to, but some don't bother. On a computer, you can change a setting to ignore them, but not sure on an Android unit as I am an Apple iOS person, but the videos explain. There is explanation here. Not sure what you mean by 'certificates' William. This is a very straightforward cheap Walmart Tablet that has a DVD reader. Turn off the tablet and then press the power button and volume down (or - depending on ur device) together until you see the reset screen! If this does not happen turn off and try again!

Hi Anita. I think you may of got it wrong,fixya has nothing to do with who ever you phoned this is a help fixya site. and you should never give your phone number out on any site. all you can do is ring whom ever you are trying to get through and stay on the line till you get to speak to someone.

Many times the cause of this problem is u need a new piece where the charger plugs into the device because it shorts out.

charge it or try while plugged into laptop

Press power and volume + together until reset screen comes up then select factory reset!
