Sounds like an internal transmission problem- could be as simple as a shift solenoid but could be more, sorry but it's true :( Is there a check engine light on? Check it out with a good diagnostic scanner, one with transmission control module capability is ideal!

Spray some starter fluid into the throttle body. If it starts, you have a fuel system problem. Check fuses and relays and the fuel pump. If it still will not start you will need a scanner to read codes and look at the sensor readings.

I would first the fuel pressure. You may have a restricted filter or weak pump that is not supplying enough fuel to the injectors.

Have you tested the camshaft position sensor and crankshaft position sensor? The remote start could be a possibility and if it's simple to disable I'd try it but testvthe senors first with a volt meter capable of measuring ohms/resistance. If you haven't interfered with any wiring related to the remote start system it's doubtful to be at fault, take a look at it. Did you unhook the battery for a few minutes just to rule that out? Is it displaying any CEL/MIL or trouble codes?

Best of Luck My Friend, Have a Great Day! No worries, we know it's something simple and you'll get it!!!

This will sound strange, but worked for me. Unplug your machine for 10 seconds, then plug back in and rapidly open and close the lid 7 times. This will reset your machine.
