Hello, how can i turn off the numeric keypad. I am
Hello, after booting OS WIN98 is NumLock set according setting in BIOS of the computer. Try to get into the BIOS (pressing a special key during boot - usually Esc, Del, ...) What key, it is often shown on screen at booting time (or in users guide to PC or its mainboard). Look into the BIOS, and do not change other settings - just set NumLock on start to OFF. Be careful - do not change settings which purpose you don't know / improper settings could cause PC not to start. If you are not sure, you have always possibility to leave the BIOS without changes - leave without saving. If you are sure, you have changed just the NumLock key status, select Save BIOS setting - of course.

Hi: just purchased a solidtek ask 3952 bluetooth
what type of computer do you have and does it have a blue tooth receiver in it. if not you will need to get one, most pc's do not have blue tooth receivers although some do.
I just checked and that keyboard does not come with a reciever so that is most likely your problem. you need a receiver for your PC.

You may have to install the driver software for your keyboard to enable the touchpad to function. Did the keyboard come with a special installation CD? If not, visit the Solidtek website to download the software there.

I have an Acecad Digimemo
Unfortunelty there isn't much you can do. On some tablets you can turn down the sensitivity a bit and then try to be more 'distinct' when you raise and lower the pen to the surface.
You should also make sure that when you transfer the background is a plain background preferably white. The settings are under the send menu.
Replace the bettery in the digital pen
Try replacing the ink cartridge on the digital pen, the tip may be damaged.
Thats all I can think of offhand that might help. Of those I would try replaceing the pen batteries. I have a feeling that is the cause and if nothign else you have some spares.
