We have satellite Internet. They say everything is OK, but every few days I have to unplug my modem from the satellite, reboot, and everything is OK again. So I put a timer on mine, and it reboots every morning about 3.

Well, I believe the product you have carries life time warranty with NETGEAR. Hence, you can get it replaced from NETGEAR. Please log a support case with netgear at http://my.netgear.com

I believe your router has two antennas. Try moving one horizontal and the other vertical. If that doesn't work move the equipment closer to each other to see if it is a distance problem. OR if you have a laptop, see if the laptop connects to the router from the Wii location. If it has the same problem, the router may not be transmitting a strong enough signal.

first check the wires and connections
check that the land line is operational
unless the modem can communicate to the servers by that line . it will continue to blink until the connection is made
