Although this camera is not compatible with Windows 7, I suggest to try this download link also (extract the zip file and run the setup file). In case of no luck again, before running the setup file, right click on it, go to properties and at the compatibility tab check the box for windows XP sp3 compatibility and hit apply - ok. Run the setup file as usual.

It as long time ago, but I have a solution for this challenge with Windows 10 (and Sitecom VP003 Webcam). You have to use the mic' driver from original vp003 software package and the cam driver for HAMA Metal Pro Webcam (Driver 1.0, https://drivers.softpedia.com/get/SCANNER-Digital-CAMERA-WEBCAM/HAMA/HAMA-Metal-Pro-Webcam-Driver-10.shtml). You need to login to the user interface of your router usually it's 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.2.1 or 10.0.0.1 you need to hard wire a computer to your new router first open a browser and type one of the ip address on the top, type it on the address bar of your browser enter the admin pw, you did not specify the brand of the router but most router admin username and password is admin / password or just admin without pw or just admin for the pw, once you are logged in look for the network settings there and you can edit or set pw for your network depending on the nerwork type, hope this helps

Your security key by default is usually a number on the wireless router. Your router manual should tell you what the default is or where to find it. If you set it and forgot it, try to reset the router to default.
