You machine may have lost a spring. I would recommend removing the back and place all bolts in a cup. Do not forget to unplug first. Then take a look at any thing out of place.

If the clothes are reasonably even at the spin cycle, then this is caused by worn out suspension rods,the out bowl is supported by 4 sprung rods, one on each corner you need to replace a set of four,if clothes keep all going to one side the replace the capacitor
