Voltage spike likely blew across the dielectric of several electrolytic capacitors. The internal fuse may or may not have survived. If it did not- replace it once and see if it is as simple as that, although you are likely looking something more.If you want to try to salvage it, recap all electrolytics and tantalums. with new high ripple current types for the electrolytics.

Hmmm, First of all check the fuses if any that may have burned out due to the power outage. If this doesnt help. Open up the power supply and smell it for any burned out parts. If you can smell the scent of burned electrical parts then you should replace the power supply. It should solve your problem. Also check the motherboard for any anomalies.

That sounds like you may have dislodged something inside the PSU which is now shorting out some contatcs. Be very carefull as you are dealing with mains electricity here. You could take t to a qualified Electricion to take a alook, but it is probably damaged now. I would replace it before doing any damage to Motherboard etc. -Not an expensive part.
