message, write down the code (Main code and sub
code exists.) that appears and then unplug the power

sounds as if you don't have the proper divers installed for that printer. here's a link to get the software and make sure as it installs that the scanner software is one of the checked options so that it installs with the other drivers.

TRY THIS- press menu button and put the numbers 1147 in..A NEW BOX WILL POP UP and in the box that comes up PRESS THE FIRST OPTION it was the top one on my sharp tv...the tv will then go off ...using your remote turn the TV back will then go through the set up as you did when it was new...SORTED NO MORE YELLOW K, Just done this myself after advice on the phone from Tesco tech support
