I have my x9g-komodoV monitor
What do you have when you look at your display settings? Right click on the desktop anywhere, then choose display settings. IF you don't see the second display from there.
I would check a different cable connecting the two and possibly another external device. That way your sure your hardware parts are good or not.
No Display issues:

This is a common fault on LCD back lit screens. It's called a "bad caps" fault. The capacitors for the light PSU have gone off tolerance and need replacing. If you know how to solder you can do it at home. Make sure to get the exact same type and value capacitors when replacing them.

Image come sometime.
The capacities on the circuit board are failing. It’s a cheap fix if you can solder, but most electronic service centers like Frys will fix it but may cost as much as a new one. I pick these up out of the trash and fix them for less than $2.

Display changes color randomly
This would usually indicate a bad VGA or DVI cable since you have connected it to another computer with the same results... or it could be that the internal circuit is going bad.
Try using a different cable first. If that fixes the problem, then the cable is at fault, otherwise try cleaning the connector on the monitor with a small paper-clip or toothbrush and isopropyl alcohol while it is unplugged from power in case there is just a fouled pin hole in the cable jack.
Most likely the green signal (of the Red/Green/Blue [RGB] colors) is being interrupted on its way to the monitor.
