Hello Caseymay, your phone does not have a PC synchronization feature and Samsung did not create a software/driver either to aid the device in downloading/transferring photos to the computer. However, I'm happy to tell you that we can do a workaround for it! I'll give you 2 ways.

1. Transfer through Bluetooth to your computer. (Your phone is Bluetooth capable)
You will need a Bluetooth Dongle for your computer. A Bluetooth Dongle will enable your computer to connect to any device that has Bluetooth capabilty. Amazon has discounted deals for this devices. 2. Transfer through Bluetooth to another Cell Phone.

You will need to reset your phone, in order to take charge once again. However, I must advice that you remove your sim card and memory card, as this code deletes every stored data, and makes the phone new again (as when it was bought). You may decide to put a different sim from your original sim. To reset; on your idle screen dial- *2767*3855# . Once this is done, your new default password will be 00000000 . Enjoy. You have to do a Master reset to your phone this being said you will need to contact your service provider for a Master reset code this service should be free

there's a short circuit somewhere. There may still be water in the phone. Best thing to do is take out the battery and put the phone in a zip lock bag overnight. The rice should absorb the water in the phone.

via blu tooth if you have it on your computer or via a usb cable adapter your computer will see the phone as an external hard drive and there will be a folder called dcim and that is where the pics are. hope this helped!
