Welcome to FixYa!
Hello Caseymay, your phone does not have a PC synchronization feature and Samsung did not create a software/driver either to aid the device in downloading/transferring photos to the computer. You can see your phone's detailed specification from this link
http://www.samsung.com/nz/support/detail/supportPrdDetail.do?menu=SP01&prd_ia_cd=&prd_mdl_cd=&prd_mdl_name=SPH-M300 (Click the Specification tab)
However, I'm happy to tell you that we can do a workaround for it! I'll give you 2 ways.
1. Transfer through Bluetooth to your computer. (Your phone is Bluetooth capable)
You will need a
Bluetooth Dongle for your computer. A Bluetooth Dongle will enable your computer to connect to any device that has Bluetooth capabilty. Amazon has discounted deals for this devices. Click the link to order a Bluetooth Dongle

2. Transfer through Bluetooth to another Cell Phone.
You can also transfer your pictures via Bluetooth to another Bluetooth capable cell phone that can or has the capability to download the pictures to the computer.
Thank you for using FixYa. Have a great day.

You will need to reset your phone, in order to take charge once again. However, I must advice that you remove your sim card and memory card, as this code deletes every stored data, and makes the phone new again (as when it was bought). You may decide to put a different sim from your original sim. To reset; on your idle screen dial- *2767*3855# . Once this is done, your new default password will be 00000000 . Enjoy. Hope this helped.

there's a short circuit somewhere. There may still be water in the phone. Best thing to do is take out the battery and put the phone in a zip lock bag overnight. The rice should absorb the water in the phone.

Ringer Types
Ringer types help you identify incoming calls and messages.
You can assign ringer types to individual Contacts entries,
types of calls, and types of messages.
Downloaded Ringers can be downloaded right to your
phone.
Preprogrammed Ringers include a variety of standard
ringer types and familiar music.
Vibrating Ringer alerts you to calls or messages without
disturbing others.
Selecting Ringer Types for Voice Calls
Your phone provides a variety of ringer options that allow you
to customize your ring and volume settings. These options
allow you to identify incoming calls by the ring.
To select a ringer type for voice calls:
