MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet toyour computer and then copy them to your MP3 player. I don't know the driver but you can look the mp3 player online. make sure you put the word drivers after the name.

look around the player and try to find a button with the on/off symbol.

try formatting the disk with fat32...

HI, Can u access it if you connect it to your pc? if so, then format it, dont forget to back it up first, then do a check disk to it. (Right click properties, scan now) That should fix it

check to see if it shows up in your computer managment, go to your control panel, open up, administrative tools, open computer managment then go down to disk managment and see if you drive shows up there. if it does, right click, and choose format, and try formatting it again, something may have went wrong the first time, or maybe you formatted it in the wrong format.
