I cant receive call

Call your phones network company (at&t, verizon, ect.) Tell them your problem, and they will put you on the phone with technical support. Tell the person from technical support your problem and they will give you instructions. All you have to do after that is follow their orders. I had the same problem with my phone. (:

My blackberry will turn off by itself

Firstly we need to narrow down the problem - Is it the charger, battery or handset?

If you can try with a different charger so if you are trying with AC charger, try with a USB charger.

If you can swap batteries, to test if another battery in your device will take a charge.

Lastly, try your battery in another device if you can to see if that device will take charge with your battery.

If you can't test on another device, I would try another battery - its probably the cheapest option. A quick glimpse at the battery in your device may give you an indication - does it look warped?

I have one more attempt at my password and it will wipe out my memory. How do I recover or set a new password?

  1. Use a browser in the BlackBerry PlayBook or a personal or laptop computer and go to the BlackBerry ID Password Reset page.
  2. Enter your username (your BlackBerry ID) in the first box.
  3. Enter the slightly scrambled verification code in the second box. The CAPTCHA system helps prevent computerized attempts at cracking password codes; presumably humans are better at reading those oddly shaped characters. If you have trouble with one set, tap Refresh the Image to get a new group.
  4. Click Submit. If you've done it correctly, a confirmation message tells you that reset instructions have been sent to the BlackBerry ID e-mail address. For security reasons, the reset instructions don't go to your BlackBerry smartphone or to your BlackBerry PlayBook. The idea is to prevent an unauthorized user from picking up either device and gaining control of it.
  5. On a personal or laptop computer, log in to the e-mail account you specified and find the message. You can log in also on any other e-mail-capable device other than your BlackBerry PlayBook or BlackBerry smartphone. The message comes from [email protected]. If you can't find it, check the spam folder.
  6. Click the link in the message. A web browser should load on the device; if it doesn't, tap the link and copy; then open a browser and paste it there.
  7. When the password reset page loads, enter a new password for your BlackBerry ID.
  8. Now confirm.

Is there a way to get past the password i am sure i am putting in correct one but its telling me i'm not

No, you can have it reset if you take it in, but being able to get past it would defeat the point. However, make sure you don't have capitals on or something.
