Since you have stated ABSOLUTELY nothing about provinance... model, year... owners manual POLICE being a pretty decent watch from the UK (I'm going to skip right on past the AUTHENTIC notion... Chronograph (shown).

If your your watch is a REGULAR knock-off (replicant)... t has the miyota movement...

A highly precise and reliable motor
in it's own right.
(sets very much like the high end valjoux cousins)

It is a crown-set... typically a three position stem set.

Force nothing... !!

Some GENTLY unscrew the crown... others will pull out
to set: 1, TIMW 2, DATE... THREE (back to normal -closed).
.
In the closed position

The stop/start butons do precisely that on those SUB-DIALS.

In the SET positions the start/reset buttons are used to ZERO those sub-dials (press & hold... then individual clicks will move each hand to zero).

Hope this helps!

Beautiful watch Shankar,

Sorry ...
Found nothing anywhere (Dubai or San Francisco).

All I can find is service & return... to the UK...

I have been there before myself... and ended up shipping an original Heuer (circa 1971)
all the way back to it's Suisse home... Glad I did though...

good luck!

Try to visit the website for the watch. There you may find out the nearest service center. Just type the brand in google, and it will show you the website. Chances are they have a toll free service number.

You may have to open your watch to identify the battery type.
