I have a Phoenix Gold Octane Amp and 10d

Ok, when you look at the amp, the power + and ground - will be on one side of the amp with another smaller opening in between them. That opening is for your remote wire from your radio. Without that, your amp will not receive the input voltage to signal it to turn on. The speakers will go into the remaining open holes. Your RCA wires will be on the opposite end of the amp.

Where are the fuse on this amp?

The Tantrum 1200.1 is externally fused -- there is no fuse within the unit. Per the installation guide, it should have an 80 amp fuse between the amp and the power source.

sounds like the unit is going into thermal protection. make sure its in a vented area. may need a bigger amp. if you are overdriving it, it will run hot. good luck.

My phoenix gold xenon 100/2 keeps blinking and

More than likely a blown output transistor. Phoenix can send you a schematic for that if you email their tech support. Be careful if you decide to work on it yourself.

Can i bridge rsd60.1

Negative a any amp that is 60.1 or 1500.1 whatever it is .1 is a mono amp and needs no bridging. Some mono amps are set up like a 2 channel but they aren't bridgable they just add more options for wiring each individual sub to the amp...

Hi, I have a pair of RF prime 6x9s 60w rms, 48hz

Ok for best results.
1.make sure you agust the gain according to person prefrences.
2make sure you set the crossover on the amp.ok in your speakers the would probley sound best if you set the Low pass fillter at 50hz and the high pass fillter at 25khz (if you have one) or on your headunit

Hope this gets the results you want.
