depending on the results that you are aiming for you adjust. Say your working with 6R and needed the 6RO but only have orange color shots on hand 3-4 shots.

your hair may have been over processed and the lighter parts didn't hold the color. had you colored before the bleaching at all? As for it being blue, purple is a mostly blue base, if your hair was porous at all it will grab the base and hold onto it. and as for being a 9g , purple neutralizes gold so you got the more neutral of the 2.

you always want to color after. the karatin will lighten any artificial hair color and with demi it may ruin your hair so always color after, you will need to wait 3 months after color for another karatin treatment.
