What is the operating system your old computer was running and what is the operating system of the new computer.

I think incompatibility is the cause of the problem. Is it possible that the software is not compatible with the new computer.

You need to set your default email settings, so it knows what email client to use.
Google for your email clients settings.
I just use Internet explorer and hotmail, or chrome and gmail to send photos. These combinations enable you to send multiple photos, auto resized for you

First, you need to verify if your SendPhotos is compatible with Windows 7. Most software that were released before the Win 7 are not working with this OS.

You need to either refer to the user manual to verify the system requirements, or contact the manufacturer. If it does supports Win 7, I'm sure that the manufacturer has a work around on how to make this software works with Win 7.

JKray, used a pen drive or other devise, copy and transfer to new pc is simplier

Uninstall the program from control panel and select add remove programs. then install it again from the CD you have purchased.

Try redownloading and installing it fresh. make sure all your settings are what they need to be. email adresses ect

Hi, the best thing to do would be to re install novatix doing this should solve your problem if not post back then i'll assist you further

Make sure you have internet access (refresh the page by hitting F5 on your keyboard or the refresh button on your browser) and if so, you may try a different Browser (Firefox, IE, Opera, etc...) and see if the link works then. Otherwise it could be there is a problem with the link. I would try the above mentioned to eliminate those as factors first.

i hardly ever pay for programs because of your exact same reasoning, so i download p2p shareware programs and get the program through the internet from people who have purchased the program. search on google "free p2p software" ("p2p" stands for peer 2 peer)

I think the problem lies with Internet explorer. I was using Send Photos with no issues - upgraded Explorer and suddenly couldn't use it any more - photos would stay in outbox. I had to switch from yahoo mail to Outlook express and then it would work ok.

Have you actually purchased Visio, or are you just trying to get it for free?
As a software guy, I would have to advise against piracy. :)
There are several ways to get Visio for cheap. If you are a student, there are discounted versions available online and in stores. Also, you can check with your school for even cheaper options sometimes. Try the university bookstore if available. Or a Computer Science department maybe.
If you are working, and your company uses MS Office applications, find out if they have the "Microsoft at Home" program. You can get MS Office applications for really cheap that way. I can get Visio through my company's "Microsoft at Home" program for a few dollars.
