It has lost some freon and is not charged correctly...the unit is pumping down and shutting off on low pressure and then after being off a bit the pressure comes up and it restarts...
Need to check the charge and top it off and you will be good to go..
Yes if the evaporator drain is blocked or not attached correctly it causes the humidity to remain in the refridgerator. Just opening the door will cause the warm are to enter and cause the symtoms of rain if the water is not taken out the drain properly.Hope this helps JT
You should check for air leaks around the door gasket or any other openings in the compartment such as where pipes or wiring is going through the wall. It sounds like a moisture problem from moisture being drawn into the compartment pass door gaskets or access holes.
If condenser is clean, and everything seems to be working fine, most likely You will have a leak of freon(very slow usually) and 90% of the chance You will need to get quote to replace evaporator coils. Watch this video, might help to troubleshoot. Hope that helps.
