In order for me to better assist you, I will need a copy of your 123 product’s “Log Files”. Below you will find Instructions to assist you in locating these log files for both windows Vista, and Windows XP. I will also need you to include your License ID and/or Customer ID, your version number, and the name of the movie you are trying to copy.
You may reply to this email with the log files or send them to [email protected].
WINDOWS VITSA INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Click start, and click the “Computer” button.
2. Once in my computer, double click on the “Local Disk C:” icon, and click on the “Users” folder
3. Double click your User name
4. Once inside the folder, click the “Organize” button in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
5. Click “Folder and Search Options”, and move select the “View” tab.
6. Scroll down to the “Hidden Folder’s” file, and select the “Show Hidden Folders and Files” button. Click “Apply” and “OK”
7. Now you will be to see the “AppData” folder, double click that folder.
8. Once there double click the “Local” folder, then the “Virtual Store Folder”, “Program Files”, “123 Copy DVD”, and finally “Log”.
9. Attach to email, and email it to [email protected].

1. Click start, and click the “My Computer” button.
2. Once in my computer, double click on the “Local Disk C:” icon, and click on the “Program Files” folder.

How do you copy Youtube
You usually download youtube vids as FLV files, there are plenty of free file conversion programs to change flv to avi or whatever format you want, you can then burn them onto a disc.
I have never used your software, so i am not sure if it handles flv files.If your dvd player will play avi/divx files, you could convert then to avi and burn them as a data disc using ant burning software, i use free software for this. CD burner XP and imgburn.

I've never used 123 DVD Copy. If you're looking for another solution to rip DVD to WMV, you can count on VLC Media Player. This free program is available for Windows XP, Windows Vista, Mac OS X and many other platforms.
1. Insert the DVD you want to rip into your computer and open up VLC media player. Select "Media" on the top menu, and select "Open Disc..." from the drop down menu.
2. Click the "Play" drop-down menu, and choose "Convert".
3. Choose "Video - WMV + WMA (ASF)" in the "Profile" drop-down menu.
4. Choose your "Destination file", and then click "Start" to convert DVD to WMV.

Am looked out of all dur to trying to log onto my dds computer in another town
1. Your Dad's computer must have remote login enabled for you to get into it's file system. Generally, you must also have an administrator-level account (user name and password) on that computer.
2. If your Dad's computer is set up as a webserver, and you want to change the website remotely, then it would have to have a link for a site administrator login. This should be a secure (https) page.
Those things have to be set up at the computer by someone with administrator level access. If nobody knows the password for an administrator level account on that computer, there probably is not much that can be done other than to go to the computer and copy or e-mail whatever files are accessible. you can try any of these:
