According to the user guide which you can read at the link below, the factory-set USER lock code is 1234. The document also covers lost codes, saying, "If You Forget a Code, PIN, or Password Note: Your phone's 4-digit unlock code is originally set to 1234, and the 6-digit security code is originally set to 000000. Many service providers reset the unlock code to the last 4 digits of your phone number before you receive your phone. If you forget your unlock code, try entering 1234 or the last 4 digits of your phone number. If that does not work, do the following (and shows a graphic of doing...) Press the OK key, then the keypad keys to enter your security code (or try the defaults I mentioned above) and press SUBMIT to enter the code. Here is the link to the page I was quoting from. Before you go any further, try entering the last four digits of your phone number is the unlock code - that's the default on this device. Hope it works for you!
