I received my motonav TN765
I found that my motonav will not charge with the car charger, I looked and looked but could not find a replacement for the cradle that was not charging so I took the cradle apart and found out that the hole were you put the car charger in has a little peace of metal that needed to touch the outside of the of the car charger when you put the plug in the hole on the cradle.

Have a tn765t motorola gps brand new. what steps
You should not be getting a blank screen ever.I've heard alot of problems comming up on this model, even heard of one person returning it 3 different times. Too bad really, this is one of the best units out there. My advice is return it if possible and maybe even get a different brand. Motorola is NOT in the GPS buiseness any longer due to the smartphones out there, its pretty hard to compete with co's like apple and etc. The last update available is 2009. This was told to me by a motorola representative in the month of FEB 2013. RETURN IT..

I lost my phone, I wish to locate it
The GPS in a phone is only for law enforcement and 911 operators. It helps them find you in an emergency situation.
Some phones have GPS for navigation but it can not be used to locate your phone.
Sorry, I hope you find it.
Thank you,
Mr.Fix it guy

My gps motonav TN565 says
Give this a try, seems to work for me and others most the time.
Try this for me to see if this works: Let me know.
It needs to be rebooted. Turn off, by holding off button down. Then once
it is completely off, then turn it on, BUT when you go to turn it on,
keep on button depressed, all the way until it turns on and then some
for about 15 seconds, now you just rebooted system. Let me know, if does work, please click on the thumbs up to showed your a happy customer. Thanks Mike
