The tweeters themselves aren't "repairable" but they are replaceable. You can get parts from your local Monitor Audio authorized service center. Dealers Monitor Audio
Apparently there is an issue with the 10000uF 80V capacitors. They are poor quality ones and the issue is that the dielectic forms hydrogen internally which eventually blows the dielectric out.
