You can try to contact Mirage to get info on where to get a new amp module http://www.autonomic-controls.com/products_hardware_mirage_audio_system.php. However if you have solder experiance you can change the 3 small electrolytic capasitors C6, C7 & C8 that are glued down in the middle of the mainboard. That should bring back life to your sub.

Sometime an amplifier becomes a victim of feedback (or oscillation) within itself. This would normally be caused by a failed component; usually a capacitor.

On high gain amplifiers, poor wire routing can also cause feedback, or crosstalk between channels.

Amp is shot. Will need to be replaced. Not an uncommon complaint on this model.

go to a tool shop and get a selection pack that will l have the tool for it

there are plenty of electronic retailers who sell speakers try e-bay using those specs in the search box

i have same isue humming like hell ,change 2 power supply capasitor didnt do it ,try to changer 2 mosfest transistor Samsung IRF640 N-channel MOSFET TO-220 200V 18A hope it will do it ,on ebay for a 2.00 each . i think it is power supply isue ,recterfile circuit not clean it will give you that 60hz humming noise ,good luck will let you know how it turn out ..

What type of fuse is it (one on the rear panel or inside the amp.
