Turn off printer.
Remove both the cartridges from the printer. Use a clothe moistened with alcohol to clean the surface contact on the cartridges where the terminals inside the printers touches.
Return the cartridges and turn on the printer.

Error 5100 means that the cartridge can not be detected by the printer.

Sounds like the resolution got adjusted. To fix this, right click on any empty space on your desktop, select properties, Then select the tab that says settings. There is a slider bar to adjust your resolution. The further you slide it to the right, the higher the resolution. With a higher resolution, everything will seem smaller and more defined.

If you're unable to adjust this to your liking or only have 1 setting, you may have to get a new driver for your video card.

There are many factors that can make a barcode a "bad" barcode. Moving the barcode closer or farther from the scanner won't solve many of the attributes that make a barcode "bad". It may have a wrong check digit. It may be the wrong type of symbol, or the scanner may not be programmed to see this type of symbol. It may be printed in a color the scanner has difficulty seeing. The substrate or the bars may be too reflective. The scanner may be at the wrong angle (not just distance) from the barcode. Most scanners need to see the barcoce at about 60 degrees--90 degrees is always a problem.

Have you actually purchased Visio, or are you just trying to get it for free?
As a software guy, I would have to advise against piracy. :)
There are several ways to get Visio for cheap. If you are a student, there are discounted versions available online and in stores. Also, you can check with your school for even cheaper options sometimes. Try the university bookstore if available. Or a Computer Science department maybe.
If you are working, and your company uses MS Office applications, find out if they have the "Microsoft at Home" program. You can get MS Office applications for really cheap that way. I can get Visio through my company's "Microsoft at Home" program for a few dollars.
