props are available from any boat shop or on e-bay
if you prop problem is a failed rubber insert, they can be replaced by any accredited boat shop
what you need to know is the pitch of the prop as there are at least 3 different pitches depending on what you do with the boat, before you purchase on line

A stuck float valve in the base of the carb, or a particle of dirt in the float needle jet. Are you using ethanol based fuel and do you have ethanol rated fuel lines? Take the carbs off and clean them.

check that there is not a shift lock to prevent accidental movement and engagement of gears
could be a button to press first or a lever to move

Carb is probably flooding due to a stuck float, dirt trapped in the float valve or the float valve is damaged or worn.

Only taking it apart and checking will find the reason though a stuck float can sometimes be freed by tapping the carb with something like a plastic screwdriver handle.

It is probably the electric fuel pump running to build up pressure in fuel system. it shuts off when system reaches pressure.

The electronic module is protecting the power head from overheat damage. The motor is running too hot. you need to replace the water pump impeller.

They have an engine management system, like the ODB11 port on a vehicle. It may well have thrown codes.

Have you checked the vent on the fuel tank? Also the primer bulb that the arrow is pointed in the direction of the engine? Are you using Ethanol Gas, do you have the grey Ethanol safe fuel lines? Inline fuel filter blocked or air locked?

I have a 2014 Mercury 60 Bigfoot, and it is 100% reliable.

Is the white ring soft? Possibly gasket leak at prop, lower unit grease will turn white when mixed with water.
