Mastercraft Garden - Recent Questions, Troubleshooting & Support

I don't know the answer but the best place to begin will be the supplier you bought the welder from.

There is a strong possibility your little welder is of generic origin that is label engineered. If this is so there is likely to be many common parts shared by similar machines bearing different labels so some parts will be virtually universal and available from motor factors and welding specialist suppliers.

According to Google a mastercraft 57-9005-2 is a 5 inch bench vice. As a vice is mostly jaws I think you need to elaborate on what you are asking.

The vice jaws are usually provided with textured steel jaw inserts retained in a recess by two machine screws but these could be replaced by inserts designed for special purposes, such as gripping rods or tubes. Jaw inserts could also be made of brass or even lead to prevent damage to the surfaces being gripped.

Mostly when a softer jaw is needed occasionally a pair of temporary fibre overjaws are used.
