Hi
E2 error code is a temperature sensor error code.

Remove the plastic black cover on the back and you will see the control board.
On the board you will see a wiring block with 4 thin wires going to it.
Test the 2 wires on the left and the 2 wires on the right with a multi meter. The reading in Kohms (kiloohms) should be the same.
If any are faulty then they will need to be replaced.
If the readings are the same, replace a faulty control board to be rid of the E2 error and your problem.

Please first check if the compressor is running or not, secondly check the compressor, piping for leakage of refrigerant. If there is leakage the must be some oil on the pipes just near to compressor.

If it is supposed to be frost free, then quite often, the drain outleft for the defrost water can be blocked, keeping the water inside the cabinet allowing it to refreeze.

Could be several issues here ,first check to see if compressor is running ,if not then check why could be as simple as a relay or just a bad compressor. Check to make sure all fan is running that is evaporator that's in the freezer and condenser that's next to compressor.

probably a faulty thermostat as changing settings should make a difference
with fridges ( beverage coolers) the lower the number the colder the setting
have it checked by a technician before making the replace decision
