Question is too general, what exactly are you asking?

The fan you hear is the cooling fan for inverter.
The air pressure is delivered by the air compressor, through the air filter/regulator device.
Check what is the pressure of the compressor, and the regulated pressure on your pressure gauge (if you have in the front, or may be in the rear of your cutter).

Does the cooling fan come on?

What is the probelm with your machine?

Check your consumbales to be sure they are tight in the torch head. Check your ground be sure it's good and connected to the pc you are cutting. Make sure you are running air at 65 to 70 psi as it exits the torch. Email me if you have any other questions.

Test all the mosfets, good chance one or more are failed.

From inside the machine follow the wires coming from the front panel control connection. Look closely for you will most likely find either a broken, disconnected or loose wire. The wires from the front panel connection run 1st to a small PCB( 1"x2" roughly) mounted vertically at the bottom front right of the machine frame, you may want to remove that pcb to get a closer look the connections. Wires then leave that PCB and run to a snap in connector on the front left side of the front bottom PCB, check the wiring that terminates in that snap in connector.
