I looked for an online manual, and I did not see how to get to the settings part of the menu, and to change the time and timezone. On the last page of the online manual, there is a toll free number for support that you might want to try. try using a friends computer who has an older system. I used my Mom's, it was Windows 7. Finally it installed the updates, no problem. It took me weeks to figure out this work around, but I got it to work. Very bad customer service on Magellan's part. But I suppose Microsoft is also to blame. I doubt Windows 10 will ever work, when they upgrade, they don't integrate the drivers, making a lot of devices obsolete. Let me know how it goes...

Good afternoon. I also have 2 promark 3 receivers and at this point nothing could be predicted, one of them does not start, the screen turns on the light, but nothing appears on the screen. Is there someone here who can help? Thank you

Unfortunately the Maestro 5310 battery is not user replaceable under warranty. Amazon and other online vendors have a replacement battery kit including the tools, battery and instructions. Do not attempt this unless you are skilled with handling small wires and avoiding damaging other parts. I hope this helps. Cindy Wells
