Radios get old, the components age, and the radio needs to be re-tuned. It is probably working only at very close range, due to the reduced power from age. The BT radio was not designed to be tuned up. You may need to get a new phone to regain that functionality. Try putting the BT device very close to the phone, see if that works.

It deoends upon how much is your cell phone damaged . If your cell phone is not much damaged then it can be fixed otherwise you will have to buy a new one . If you are buying a new cell phone then I reccommend you to buy a phone which is unbreakable . Such kind of cell phones are made by Samsung .
