One of the reason why you can not find the driver for windows 10, it is because your webcam only compatible with lower version of windows operating system like windows 7.

Not sure where are you sending the image too? Is this a printer or an email. If its an email you might want to try using dropbox or use goggle email, which allow much bigger files.
