Manual instructions for kinderkraft joy travel cot
Hello, Jean -
I only found the video instructions for opening and closing the KinderKraft Joy baby cot (crib) here:
https://kinderkraft.com/en/products/baby-cots/joy2
Scroll down that page to the Joy manual link for the video (with the right facing "play" triangle / arrow.) Click or tap on the "play" icon to run the video.
I suggest you view the video (more than once) and make notes of the steps to follow, so you can keep the handwritten notes with the cot for future reference.
I tried the Support Center link at the bottom of the web page, but it is inoperative.
Best wishes.
I have a Kinderkraft Crib where do I purchase the screws/bolts to put this cribe together
Hi Pamela:
There seems to be quite a lot of enquiries about getting screw & bolts to assembe cribs, and a problem in getting support from manufacturers and retailers.
I would recomment that if it is within your ability, borrow a friend with some "do-it yourself" know how, and determine what you will need, then visit your local hardware store, buy the bits, and have a project.
It appears that there have been problems and recalls with "drop side" cribs so I'd not even consider using one with that component.
Hope this helps

I need Part #1048-Inert Nut 1/4
I think you mean "insert nut"? Is this a internally threaded metal sleeve that came out of the wood? If so, you don't want to repair this crib. When that fell out, it most likely damaged the wood around it and it has compromised that hole. Putting a new insert in to the hole will not necessarily work, and the new one will pull out as well. I wouldn't use the crib. Too many deaths in cribs where someone attempted a repair that didn't work.
