Did you cut power 100%. Remove the radio fuse in the vehicle. Wait about 15 seconds and put it back. Also you can try placing your question in YouTube.

USUALLY THERE IS NO CODE BUT IF U PURCHASE USE YOU HAVE GET CODE OR TURN KEY AND PUSH RESET BUTTON FOR TEN SECOND THEN TURN OFF AND TRY TURN ON

That error is normally a shorted speaker wire but starting the car won't cause that. Possible problem could be the dimmer wire was used as a ground by mistake. Lights come on when the car starts. Another is too high of voltage. Car rests at 12 volts but is around 14 when running. Was there a plastic piece on the red or yellow wire that got cut off during the install? They have a resistor inside that keeps the voltage down.
