Small evap leak. Usually the gas cap, but could be a number of lines or fuel related components. Try replacing the gas cap, clear the code, and see what happens. Gas caps are cheap, and do wear out, so its not really a worthless gamble.
Usually if you enter a code, with the make, model and year, into Google (or other search engines) you will be given a description of the code. Or, go to an auto parts dealer and they can trouble shoot it for you as well.
