The keyboard won't read credit cards
here some things to try making clean of dust and dirt.
the lens on the reader maybe scratched really bad from normal use
if the lens is clean, see if you can see light by the reader.,
check to make sure the software is up to dates, check see if the security setting or firewall software is not letting the software to communication what the card reader suppose to work right.
run a q tip with alcohol and than dry it well.
check see if its getting power
make sure nothing has dropped inside the slot
you maybe have to take it apart and inspect it
if everything looks okay than it still does work it maybe time for new one.

How to delete imesh acount
Go into the control panel and go into either programs and features, or Add/remove programs. Remove the imesh program from there first.
Then go to this webpage:
http://wa.imesh.com/support/sendbug.php
Type in the box that you want your account deleted from there system.
My scanner doesn't work on new bar code.
the size of barcodes doesn't matter. The thing matters is the clearity and proper print of the barcodes. Check if the barcodes are not copied!!!!!!!!

Reader not scanning cards correctly
I've already contacted the vendor of the application to make adjustments to the data rate in his program. I believe this is a software issue rather than a hardware problem.
It took me alot of reading and searching online..... no tech support came through for me.
