plug in mp3 and there should be a window come up with what you want to do. choose rip music or download music. if you canplug it in and the computer finds your mp3 player. when it starts to play choose rip music. if it cannot find it look for your mp3 player on the internet and download instructions.

This player will only support wmv format also if you don't have a video folder create one in the media section to add files to it

Before you start downloading,after inserting your mp3 player into your system,try and use copy and paste, by right clicking your mouse and select copy,then paste in your mp3 .


But before doing that first create a folder for each kind of music you want to be listening to like.

Eg,open a folder for all your rock music,R&B music.

After doing that, copy each folder to your mp3 player and start enjoying your music. take care.

can't download ringtones on my cell phone say's no file supported what does that mean.

I unchecked in the advanced sync setting the box to have windows media player create the drive hierarchy. Then I deleted all files on the player and did the sync again. This time only the mp3 files get written.

See if on the computer the files are Mp3 by side clicking them and pressing properties or info it should say MP3 or mpeg 3 somewhere.
if it says wmp or aac etc you will have to download a converter then put them back on again once they are all mp3s.If you dont want to download a converter you can download mp3 songs from www.beemp3.com

Is it full? if not you should check the computer cord. You didn't really give much information

you should connect your sony walkmen by datacable then transfer content or folder to your sony walkmen

You have the serial number in 2 places I know, one on the certificate and one on the mp3 player itself (it's where the tiny details are written: model no. , power source etc). Use the one written on the player if you've lost the certificate, or vice versa. Hope you'll be successful. I have the same player (Sanyo DMP-M600), so I think that'll help. Good Luck!
