the most common problem is the recovery tank. Most often the square piece of plastic that attaches to the side of the recovery tank is not snapped in-- it comes loose when you dump the tank. Take off the lid, pull the clear plastic sqare (about 4 inches by 5 ) that is attached on the OUTSIDE of the recovery tank and snap it back into place.
2nd make sure the rubber rim is clean and free of debris
3rd attach the lid with the hinges on the back first then snap down the lid
4th make sure the yellow float is down on the bottom (this is inside the filter inside the recovery tank)
5th put the recovery tank in the machine FRONT FIRST (where the two round peices of plastic are)then back, snap the sides back to lock the tank in place.
If these things dont work....make sure your not clogged with debris on the top (but I am sure you would have seen this before doing all the rest!)

Sounds like a missing or damaged seal/gasket/oring. Check carefully at source of leak.. maybe a seal or rubber gasket has shifted out of place.

Hi!

Baically, Hoover washing machine error code E16 means that there are problems with the insulation of the heater. this may lead to the shutdown of the circuit breaker and other random errors, but this is difficult to prove without replacing the heating element.

it's not leaking water.. it's condensation running down the back of the fridge.. normally this is channelled into a hole that has a tube on it, that allows the water to go to a drip tray on top of the (warm) compressor, which then evaporates it.. Please re-check for a "V" shape moulding on the back if the fridge.. there SHOULD be a hole smack bang in the middle, which may have clogged up in the pipe with gunk, causing water to refreeze and block the hole completely.. best to do a full empty and clean, and use a chopstick, or better still a cheap pipe-brush from the £ shop, to clear that tube (about 1/2 inch diameter, or maybe less.)
