WP35-6465 is the pump number it is about
$50.00 if you buy and install. Call a Repair shop and ask them for the price of parts and labor. I don't know how old your machine is so weigh the cost of repair to a new machine.

All I'm wondering is how to get the back plastic by the wheels off? I can't find any screws! This older model isn't like the ones shown on Internet sites. Seems they simplified the model, which is a good thing.

Try replacing the belt. It may be stretched out causing the brushroll to slip.

Symptomatic of a blocked drain pipe, blocked filter, or a failed drain pump, drain pump with a broken impeller.

Remove the filter cover and check for obstructions. Attach a hose pipe to the drain hose, wrap it with a towel, hold the two hoses over a bucket and get someone to turn the hose on until you can't hold the pipes any longer, usually about 15 seconds. This clears obstructions in the pipe into the machine drum and filter. After checking the filter and behind it, put it on for a rinse and spin.

If the pump has failed, you can drain the machine by lowering the drain hose into a bucket or floor drain.

There are videos online on how to change out a faulty drain pump.

Uh, may I encourage everyone to check the trigger under the handle...we went through taking the whole thing apart and it was just that the trigger was stuck in the open position, which poured the water out continually!
