The Spin Scrub 50 name indicates a technology Hoover may have used in several models. One such carpet cleaner was the FH50027. I found a manual for this model here: http://www.omanuals.com/hoover-fh50027-manual.html . This manual displayed in the browser on my computer. Hi! The clean water tank may begin to leak if solution is stored in the tank. This can cause the rubber seal on the clean water tank to disintegrate. The tank will need to be replaced.
