The company that does the rebore will take care of all that. They are the experts, leave it to them. They will take it, measure it, bore it, hone it, supply the piston and rings
Another alternative is that they can bore it out and insert a sleeve and put you back to the stock size.
Before doing all this, have you checked for broken piston rings?

I can provide you with some general guidance on how to find the vacuum hose routing diagram for your 1986 Honda Accord.
Vehicle Owner's Manual: The owner's manual for your Honda Accord may contain a vacuum hose routing diagram. Check the section on engine specifications or emissions control to see if the diagram is included.
Underhood Sticker or Decal: Look for a sticker or decal on the underside of the hood or near the radiator support. Some vehicles have a vacuum hose routing diagram printed on this sticker for easy reference.
Repair Manual: A comprehensive repair manual specific to your Honda Accord, such as a Haynes or Chilton manual, will often include vacuum hose routing diagrams. These manuals provide detailed instructions and diagrams for various systems in your vehicle, including the vacuum system.
Online Resources: Search for online resources or forums dedicated to Honda Accord enthusiasts. Many online communities have members who share diagrams, tips, and information related to vehicle maintenance. These resources can be helpful in finding the specific vacuum hose routing diagram for your vehicle.
Dealership or Mechanic: If you're unable to find the diagram through the above methods, consider reaching out to a Honda dealership or consulting with a qualified mechanic. They may have access to technical manuals or specific diagrams that can assist you.
Keep in mind that vacuum hose routing diagrams can vary between model years and engine configurations, so it's important to find the diagram that matches your exact vehicle specifications.
If your Honda mower model HRR2163VXA is not engaging the blade properly when you attempt to engage it, and it's moving backward instead, there could be a few potential causes for this issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and address the problem:
Safety Interlock System: Most modern lawn mowers, including Honda models, are equipped with safety interlock systems that prevent the blade from engaging while the mower is in reverse or the handle is not properly engaged. Make sure you are following the correct procedure for engaging the blade and that you are not inadvertently activating the safety mechanisms.
Drive Control Lever Position: Check the position of the drive control lever or drive engagement lever on your mower. Ensure that it is in the proper position for mowing and not in a neutral or reverse position.
Control Cable Adjustment: The control cables that operate the blade engagement and drive functions can sometimes become loose or misadjusted. Check the cables for proper tension and ensure they are connected securely to their respective control levers.
Belt and Pulley Inspection: Inspect the belt that drives the blade engagement system for any signs of damage or wear. Additionally, check the pulleys and pulley mechanisms to ensure they are functioning properly.
Blade Engagement Mechanism Inspection: Examine the blade engagement mechanism itself, including the engagement lever and associated components. Look for any signs of damage, wear, or misalignment that could be preventing proper engagement.
Consult the Manual: Refer to the user manual for your Honda mower for specific instructions on troubleshooting and adjusting the blade engagement system. The manual may have diagrams and step-by-step instructions for resolving issues.
Professional Assistance: If you're unable to identify and resolve the issue on your own, consider seeking assistance from a professional lawn mower technician. They will have experience with Honda mowers and can diagnose and repair any mechanical or electrical problems.
It's important to prioritize safety when working with lawn mowers. If you're unsure about any step or if the issue is not easily resolved, it's recommended to seek professional assistance to avoid potential injury or further damage to the equipment.

Not sure what you mean by "clutch point is last minute", but after driving it a bit, bleed the lines again and adjust the clutch.

If belt is tight at cutting height and engine rpms hold, then the vbelt from engine to deck is likely is dry burnished or oily.
First check the blades are install cutting edge down (fin up). If belt from engine to deck has a glassy finish (burnished) replace belt or remove burnish with sandpaper.
It appears be relatively complicated deck system. See owners manual regarding deck remove/install.

I would replace the purge valve as at that sort of milage, it could be failing.
Do you get a vacuum when releasing the hose ... if you do it could be a fuel tank feed pipe issue.
This question has come up on Fixya before and the issue was the file format as the poster was trying to upload as a .PNG image.
See page 277 of the Owner's Manual for EX and above trims (or page 255 for LX trims). Below is basically what you need:

Max dimension per image is 1920 x 936 pixels.
Max file size per image is 2 megabytes.
Importing:
Load up the images on a USB drive.
images must be at the root level of the USB drive.
Connect the USB drive to your USB port.
Select the clock on the touch screen (upper right hand corner), then select Settings.
Follow the menus for importing wallpapers (up to 5 for EX and above, or 255 for LX trims).

You can go to our downloads and grab yourself a copy! Download the Honda C102 Service Manual in the following format: pdf Service manual for Honda C102 (1.93 MB).
There are sub models but here is the Service Manual, test the switch, and also look for starter relay and test. There are more free manuals at the bottom of the page.
This may sound obvious but have you checked the battery? Batteries are generally considered old if they are over 5 years old. A battery can hold a full charge but struggle when put 'under load'. Starter motors use a lot of power to work. Get it "Load Tested" to see if it needs replacing.
not a car, moved yah'cam chain/guide failures.it must be inspected. get it serviced is the answer.or learn how.id not drive it, not me,the cause must be found first.and I have no xray vision yet.
