i just had the same problem, it was the power switch, i re routed wiring to bypass bagel switch and it works fine, but you will want to replace those switches as they a junkily made and the heat destraoys them every couple years

you cant,somethings you have to deal with if you put anything on it,it will burn off and get on the toast,you could try a drop of peanut oil on each link,but,nothing more

Hello bretrett. These are commercial toasters, often requiring a 220 volt outlet. They are common items, available new or used from most any kitchen supply store. Check in the yellow pages. Joe

Clean the crumb tray from debrii , De grease the burner asembly , Check for stuck bagel in the back turn belt .
