pci x cards have a plug in spot on them usually it is a 6 pin spot. some like sli cards have 8 pin plugs. anyway you need to look on the card for a plug in spot. a socket which holds a plug. older agp style cards these are 4 pin plugs just like the plug for a cd or dvd drive. see which type of plug you have. then search through all the unused plugs from your power subbly. if you have the correct one plug it in .if not you will need a new power supply to run that card.

Your best bet would be to download your latest drivers and installing them. Sometimes this will fix your problem as the drivers come with new bug fixes.

The other option would be to revert to a older version if this started to happen after you installed new drivers. It can be that there is some incompatibility with the drivers and your card thus causing it to restart.

Hope this solves your problem! Let me know if this solution was helpful!

Kind regards

Test your PSU or replace it if your power supply units fan is not working your PSU is faulty

One bad lead can cause a computer to continue on a cycle or to shutdown or fail to detect/ boot up a computer hard drive

Test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions,IDE,SATA

the leads from your ((motherboard to your hard drive)) make sure they have a secure connection and are not faulty or just replace them there probably old and faulty
make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty even the electrical extensions or just replace them they are probably old and faulty a computer needs its connections to have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error
hope this helps

  • Do Creative Work First
It is a basic strategy of many people to complete the easiest and the most shorter tasks first and then start working on the tasks which are tough and lengthier. This creates a huge burden on the brain op the person busy in finishing up the task. So, according to the experts, don't leave the heavier tasks on hold, rather finish them as soon as possible, because shorter tasks can be accomplished in a shorter time too.

In order to maintain the focus of your brain, mold your strategy and start with the work which needs more efforts, more creativity and requires all your attention. Slowly and gradually move towards the easier tasks.

Creative work needs more of your concentration power as compared to the other kind of work like deleting emails, arranging meetings for the next day etc. Also, doing finishing creative work first will reduce the burden from your brain and thus help in keeping it focused.

  • Allocate Your Time Deliberately
According to a study conducted by the top SEO professionals, it was found that, " A brain works most effectively and deliberately six hours a week". Now, it's your task to identify which work is to be reserved for those effective hours.
Mostly brains work efficiently either early in the morning or late at night. But the above study found that, "90% of the brain work effectively outside office". Notice when, where and how to focus in accomplishing your tasks with high productivity.

  • Train Your Mind Like A Muscle
The brain quickly adapts the norms of multitasking. But, while becoming a multi-tasker, we become unfocused from the task which is to be accomplished first and with high concentration level.

Multi tasking leads to distraction and it becomes our habit. Because inspite of focusing on a single task properly, we focus upon 10 tasks improperly. So, to make your brain distraction free and fit for your work, you need to train it like a muscle. You need to a daily exercise in your routine. You need to practice concentration turning all the modes of distraction and putting all your efforts on single task.
