Gigafast ez800s power supply voltage
Looking inside helps it says 7.5vdc 1a I tried it with a precision power supply and it works on that voltage. Wish they would remember to put that on the outside as well.

DEVICE STATUS OFFLINE
To solve this problem you'll need setup the printer up with LPR Protocol. Go to Devices and Printers. Right-click on the printer in question select Printer Properties. Go to the Ports tab. Find the port you've setup then click on Configure Port. In the block titled Port Name you'll need to enter the name of the Gigafast Print Server. It's normally 1P_PrintServ??????. The ?s are the last six entries of the print server's MAC address. Next, in the Printer Name or IP Address enter the assigned IP address, example (192.168.5.3). For the Protocol select LPR. LPR Settings: Queue Name: same as 1P_PrintServ??????. Lastly, check the box that says LPR Byte Counting Enabled. Now when you shutdown and restart the printer will remain online.

What is the default passwoed
You can also configure it with below method.
Connect your router to computer with ethernet cable then you can access it with following default link. http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.15.1 or http://192.168.2.1 If you are not able to access it with above ip then check your computers ip address gateway ip is your router ip try with it. Then it ask for user name and password. Type user as "admin" and password as "admin" or "password" or blank. Then you can see configuration page of router. If you are still not able to access router with above ip then you need to RESET it for that press RESET button for 10 seconds it is in back side of router then all settings defaults..Then you can access it with above method.
Let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks for using FixYa.
