Replace the charge roller it will be ok but before that clean the bushes of both sides then put a new one it will be ok. I also want to say that the cheapest way to resolve this problem check the end point of charge roller it will be burst slightly right or left side of the charge roller just roll the small amount of squash tape on it, it will be ok

Replace the drum if not possible then go to copy sp mode dial 2208 and change the copier sencer mode to pixels mode

The error code 545 or SC545 means that the fuser, also known as the fixer assembly has a thermistor problem (this part melts the toner onto the page). It could also mean that the fusing lamp is disconnected. If a simple reset of the of the error code does not work ("Clear Mode"+107+"Clear/Stop" hold for 5s. Turn ON and OFF the Main Switch) you may need to have your machine serviced by a professional. It is your best bet to also have standard cleaning maintenance done by your on site technician after fixing the error.

The SC - 928 is a Memory error problem.

Possible causes:
• Memory defective
• BICU defective
• Poor connection between BICU and
memory
The cheapest repair would be to replace the memory. It is rare the the connections came apart unless some one was in the back of the machine for some reason.
