I think you posted in the wrong area.

Did you actually mean "all speakers... AREN'T working" except some tweeters? Crossovers don't protect the woofers. If crossover die all speakers they protect go silent due to loss of signal. Excess volume or distortion kills speakers and not always linearly.

If you said it wrong and some tweeters work, I'd suspect the latter above...

You (or we) could guess or you could take out one tweeter at a time and swap it with a (presumed) working one or just emasure it for dead short or open with an ohmmeter. If the tweeters check out and work elsewhere the problem would likely be within the cabinet.

Either mic "mute" is on or mic capsule is dead...dropping these low-end wireless mic's are usually fatal. Upgrade and you won't regret it.

You will need a line level input to the amp for that to work. Use an aux in or an unused input from a cd player as an input. Phono inputs are never used for anything else than a phono input.

What is the make and model, it sounds like its going into overload protection, if the speakers aren't hooked up you have some bad components in the output section.

You could check the 115/230 switch. If you are getting power to the unit no fuse or circuit breakers tripped, and you have 8 ohm speakers connected, and a signal in you should get a signal out. Level controls should be up. If all of those things are true, then the amp is broke and needs an electronic technician to repair it.

More than likely the power supply switching transistors have fried. Also check the large caps in the primary side of the power supply. If you don't know what your are doing do not attempt to fix the power supply.. very dangerous voltages involved !!! cant find any new parts listings for this bjl-1150 options would have to look around for a used unit as parts or decide to purchase a new turntable
