Make sure your print/record speed is 25mm/sec. Most machines have settings of 50mm/sec or 25mm/sec. I bet yours is set to 50mm/sec. RJ

If your power line has a two female connection, try unplugging and turning it over ( so the connections are the opposite way around ) plug it back in and try it again, sometimes the current will only flow one way and if it's wrongly connected it will cause the motor to run in reverse.
