You can use a mixture of 1/2 cup white vinegar, 1/2 cup baking soda, 3 cups water. Mix all the ingredients together and coat the entire inside of your oven with it. After 5 min scrub the mixture off and wipe clean with a damp cloth. Don't forget to clean the heating element at the top. That helps with cleaning the racks or discoloration. You can try scrubbing the mixture with a toothbrush into discolored areas.

White lithium has a drip temperature of 190 to 220 °C (370 to 430 °F). It is a lubricant used on hinges. It adheres strongly to metal, resists water, is non-corrosive, and resists heat. If from a spray can, the propellant smells strongly and is highly flameable and definitely is not something you want to breathe. Definitely air out the area.

It can be acquired from Ace Hardware. Home Depot, or Amazon, among many other sources. It is sometimes referred to as Lithium soap.
