Computer does not recognize the E Sky transmitter
Hi
FMS uses a .DLL file from Windows that is no longer included with Windows 7, this will cause an error when you run FMS or it wont recognise it. The file is named D3DRM.DLL. To install this file, go to this link and download the file--
FMS file link
Now save the file in your My Computer->C:->Windows->System folder. Make sure that you run FMS in Windows XP compatibility mode. To do this, right click on the FMS icon on your desktop and select "Compatibility" from the pop-up menu. Select "Windows XP Compatibility" and hit OK.
If the above steps doesn't help then please open up the FMS folder on the system and delete the windm.dll file and now check.
Please post back for any further assistance. If you are satisfied please do accept the solution.

Throttle goes wide open
Its is probably a faulty potentiometer in the transmitter's throttle channel. Take it back to the store if possible otherwise see if you can get another transmitter and bind it to your helicopter. The binding process will be in your instruction book.
The Esky BELT-CP 450 V2
Hi
The one problem with some of these copters on 49MHz and 27Mhz are that the manufacture used a splash technique for the frequency. Meaning there is no frequency separation. If two of you are on 27mhz then neither will work. Same for 49mhz. One 27mhz and 1 49mhz should work OK. Now foreign countries use different frequencies because their cell phones are on 27 mhz and 49mhz. So you may have a problem there.
Battery won't charge up
One or more of the cells in the battery may have died while it wasn't being used. LI-Po batteries are memory resistant but they can still develop one if they're left fully discharged too long or at a half charge too long. They require full charge\discharge cycles to keep them from developing a memory.
