Most likely you put a battery in backwards.

Either batteries are no longer able to take a charge or charger is broken.

It all depends on how much current is used to charge the battery. Say you have a 500 mah battery charging at 100 ma. It should take about 5 hours. But if it's a higher capacity battery of 1000 mah it will take the same charger more hours.

These chargers run off of timers so as to not over charge. If you want to charge larger capacity batteries you will need a better charger such as MaHa.

The lights blinking is nothing as long as they are not red. If red then you have a battery in backwards, or the leads are touching.

You will never find one for these products. I have worked on many an you just can't find them good luck

The manual says it will be green when the batteries are placed in charger correctly. It has an automatic charge timer an shuts down.

It sounds like your batteries are defective. If possible get some more same or similar batteries to repeat the test on the charger.

Blinking means that is charging.

all the jump starts i have seen have a deep cycle battery that is sealed - i would not run something like an air compressor motor with low voltage - it can be discharged almost flat , but do not leave it long before charging back up - low voltage =high amps on motors

go on google to the maker of the charger and get the return details from the customer service section.. It may be the local authorised service shop.

you will need a reducing transformer 220volts to 120 volts, you can find one at Radio Shack or Fry's Electronics., European countries uses 220volts, and the plug configurations are different from those of the USA.it is recomended to take one of these transformers with you when you travel abroad.

If your charging 2 batteries only they must be palced in the following poistions on the charger
1. both side by side in the 2 left slots

or

2. one each in the two right slots.

Otherwise the batteries will not charge.
